3. Now you’re ready to order...  Realtime 3D previews show exactly how your finished project will look. When you are happy with your PhotoBook, you can order one or as many as you like in different styles and sizes. Keep them for yourself and give some as gifts to friends and family. We’ll ship it to you in just 5 – 7 working days ... it’s that simple!

Tips for Perfect Projects:

• Proofread every page of your project in full-screen mode before ordering. (Click the "Full" button below the main image.)
• Be aware that the 3D preview does not update to show different book covers as you select them. Please refer to the thumbnail images to see what the selected cover style will look like.
• If you're unsure about spelling, type your text into a word processor and spell-check it there. Then paste it into the program.
• Pay attention to the Photo Safe Area at the edge of the layout. Items that cross into that area may be cut off during printing.
• Make sure your images are big enough to print clearly. If an image is too small, the program displays a Low Resolution Warning, along with directions for fixing the problem image.
• Consider brightening dark photos in your layouts. (The Brightness tool is in the Touch-Up tab.) Many computer screens are unnaturally bright, causing photos to print darker than you'd expect.

We pride ourselves on our quality and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If an item you ordered has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will reprint the exact same book for free. We may require you to send us photos of the defect or return the product to us for inspection. We must receive reprint requests within 14 days of the shipping date. Contact us at photobooks@westcoastprint.co.nz.

Please note that the colors in your product may differ slightly from what you saw on your computer screen, because all screens are different. Therefore, slight color variations do not warrant a refund or reprint.We are not responsible for customer errors such as misspellings, typos, grammatical mistakes, layout decisions, poor-quality original photos, or incorrect size or product choice.

We are not responsible for damage caused by destructive treatment (such as dropping your book in the bathtub) or normal wear and tear.

Once you submit your order, it begins printing almost immediately, so we cannot cancel it. Nor can we fix typos or other errors for you. We recommend you save a copy of your project in case you want to reorder.
